Helming the company since conception, Guy Parentís success is attributed to having surrounded himself with some of the most experienced and knowledgeable individuals in the Protective Services business. As a Community and Private College volunteer guest lecturer to include organizations and corporations, his area of expertise includes managing a contingency of experienced Strike Management personnel providing Specialized Protection Services for dignitaries, High Profile events, protection against Workplace Violence of most every description and Private Investigations providing evidence of theft, fraud and most every malfeasance perpetrated by employees against their employers.

Jayson comes to C.I.S. as the former owner of a full service security agency where he nurtured it from grass roots selling his enterprise within 3 years where it generated revenues of 2.5 million.  An active Captain with the Canadian Military Reserves, Jayson oversees all of the training requirements for new and established members.  His 15-year tenure with the DND has taken him on many exercises in the fulfillment of his duties.    In keeping with this love for training, Jayson Chabot provides instruction in several Seminars and Workshops we offer but is dedicated to the interests of Labour Unrest to include Strikes, Plant Closures, Layoffs and all of the unique Protective Services they require. Once having met Jayson, you will know that he is someone who listens to your needs and imparts educated and practical solutions to the situation facing you.


Vice-President of Investigative Services

As a valued member of the Halton Regional Police Service, Staff Sergeant Dan Farr elected to take an early retirement in order to compliment the C.I.S. Team of Experts. Dan comes to us with one of the most diverse policing backgrounds of any member of the police service performing admirably as a key member of:

  • Forensic Identification Bureau;
  • Drugs and Morality Bureau;
  • Criminal Investigation Bureau;
  • Criminal Intelligence Bureau,
  • Crime Stoppers Coordinator; and
  • Manager of the Policy, Planning and Evaluation Bureau.

Dan was also selected by the Ontario Police College to be a seconded instructor on the Management/Leadership faculty, where he facilitated instruction in the First Line Supervisory leadership course, facilitated adult learning in both middle management and executive development training courses.

As Director of Investigative and Protective Services for C.I.S. he will continue providing presentations nationwide to all levels of government and the private sector on “Terrorism Awareness”. These presentations and others have won him critical acclaim from communities and organizations across Canada.


Manager of Transportation and Staffing Services

All recruitment of replacement personnel, ground transportation and bussing of personnel are managed by Chris Forbes. With a history of expertise in the placement agency industry, Chris brings to the table a staff of recruiters and operational personnel whose flexibility allows C.I.S. to send recruiters to hire and train personnel anywhere in Canada. Given enough lead time, C.I.S. can and will fill a plant with the skill level desired to effect manufacturing and ensure delivery of the final product to its destination during a strike action.
